MIcrosoft Security Essentials - Not keeping track when scans are performed

I have MSE installed (I use this on all PCs :) ) however on my PC it regulars says I haven't preformed a scan for a while and that my PC is at risk even thought it's configured to do a quick scan at 20:00 every day...

For example, turned my PC on this evening and it said I hadn't performed a scan for a while so I performed a Quick Scan then. At 19:50 it starts the scheduled Quick Scan and now it's saying I've not performed a scan for a while?

Are you using CCleaner? If you are, make sure to disable the Windows Defender and MS AntiMalware checkboxes from the Cleaner section.
