LauRoman
Basically, when alone, i want to listen to books until i sleep and want to know if there is anything like the tv's auto-shutdown setting for an Android player. If the screen hasn't been tapped in the last x minutes or the gyro sensor didn't sense enough movement in the last x minutes i want the player to pause. For a pc i think i can handle hacking such a setting if a popular media player that i use doesn't have it.
Phouchg
This one: https://market.android.com/details?id=asia.utopia.musicof It's supposed to have a sensor support. And then are a couple other apps, namely Sleep Timer and SleepTimer. They're only timer based, though, no sensor support or anything. Although I think most player apps have their own sleep timer (at least PlayerPro does).
Roger H. Veteran Posted November 5, 2011 Veteran Share Posted November 5, 2011 There are a few podcasting apps that have a "sleep" function as your TV would. Can't think of names now tho...
BetaAddict
If you don't' mind making a small investment, PowerAMP is simply the best audio player I have used and has all the features you would expect to have, including a sleep function.
