According to the authorities, the incident was only discovered when the unlucky customer behind him picked up the bank tube and was covered in the liquid. A bank employee is also said to have confirmed the liquid was urine.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office has now charged the man with creating a public nuisance, bringing with it a possible sentence of one year in jail.

RBC has also handed out its own brand of justice, by closing the man's account and giving him all of his money back.

Major Dave O'Brien, who is from the country sheriff's office, told MSNBC: 'It's a disgusting act that nobody should have to go through. You go to the bank to make a deposit or withdraw. Nobody should have to go through this.'

However, reports suggest this might not be the first time the man has urinated on the bank's property. Investigators said there have been reports of a similar incident occurring at the Port Orange branch of the bank.
