ipad iOS5 iPad1 showing iTunes Match in music section

Have been showing an iTunes Match toggle since upgrading to iOS5 when it came out, only thought of it because im reading more and more its developer only still.

I did have it in Developet mode during iOS4 for the multitouch, but thought i took it out of that mode before updating to iOS5.

Is anybody else seing a toggle for it in Prefrences<Music ? Os is my ipad still in develper mode ( if so how do i get it out, have already reloaded it multiple times
