They're entirely stand-alone. It's safe to remove them.
Just bought a new Windows 7 ThinkPad E520 which came pre-loaded with Windows Live applications. After removing all pre-installed bloat applications like Symntec, winDVD.... I am thinking about removing MS Live applications as well as I won't need nor ever use these services.
So, is it safe to remove them or are there other services in Windows 7 dependent on these apps ?
