lion Clean Lion Install Question

I have and updated Lion install (from Snow Leopard). I've since downloaded Lion I have it on a USB flash drive. I want to do a clean install. I also have used Bootcamp to install Windows 7 in a dual boot scenario. My question is....

Can I just go ahead and install? Will the entire drive be used? Or do I need to somehow get rid of the Windows install first?

I found it. Used Boot Camp Assistant to restore disk to full Mac OS X. Sorry, guys. Should have checked there first.

Do you want to get rid of Windows? You can run disk utility during the installation and format the drive then install, or you can install in only the OSX partition.

I got rid of Windows, erased/reformatted and did a clean install of Lion. All is well. Thanks, threetonesun.
