Assassin's Creed has Italy and the Middle East covered. It's time for the series to spread its wings. What locale will Assassin's Creed III be set in? Your guess is good as mine. But, if this survey is to be believed, let's make an educated guess.

My wager is that the next Assassin's Creed will focus more on Desmond and the events surrounding whatever is to happen in 2012 (coinciding the release of the game),

the central vault in the small lake in New York, the other vaults, and Altair's son's trip to Alexandria.
