WP7 Outlook Sync: What's the latest?

Hey,

just wondering, what's the latest on the whole WP7 Outlook sync issue?

I know that you can do it via the cloud services and there was some sort of petition going for a while, but I couldn't tell from Google whether this is something Microsoft has addressed yet, so just making sure.

There is no issue. It's not supported and it's not needed except by a very tiny minority of users.

If you're email's not available via EAS then you're doing it wrong.

There was a bug with it Jakem1.

An update was pushed out in the last couple of days to fix it.

It appears to be fixed on my trophy.

OP was talking about the Windows Mobile way of syncing email and contacts directly from Outlook. As jakem1 stated, it's not supported.
