Multi Display Manager - for three displays

Just wondering what suggestions anyone can give me regarding a multi-display manager program. What i'm looking for is a way to manage wallpapers with the ability/options to place individual wallpapers on each display. In addition, having the option to have the taskbar stretch across all three displays would be awesome too.

I use Ultramon and while it's not free, its a fantastic piece of software that can do all that you're asking for. They don't update it that often but its very stable.
