Are now listed at $499 for the 16gb refurbished model and $599 for the 32gb refurbished model... as of 5:30pm EST...

yes.. now they are at $99 & $149... & eBay is now having problems.. after clicking on "buy it now" eBay says invalid item for me... but my friend was able to buy it without any problems...
