visio 2007 link xl data to shapes -small text size problem help please

Hi im doing a Networking college project and have an Visio drawing with the building and the rooms all named . i also have an xl document with data concerning the hosts in each room .the xl and visio have the same room names so i can automatically link data to shapes(shapes being the rooms) . I can change the layout to text and even change the centering before i link it, but the problem is the i cant seem to change the text size it comes out tiny .I could go and do it manually on each room but that would take ages as there is hundreds of rooms . Any help would be great.
