Microsoft's official "Windows Phone Taskforce"

So surely everyone must be knowing about Windows7Taskforce.com and AeroTaskforce.com initiatives from Long Zheng. And there's services like uservoice.com and getsatisfaction.com for ages to do the same. Turns out there is an official channel to do the same for Windows Phone for some time now.
