Bawx Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 I just got an Optimus V from virgin Mobile, and just searched reddit for anything that walked me through modding it, without really researching which mod is the best/newest. I am just curious if the ROM I'm running is a really good, modern ROM to be running on this phone, or if there is something much better that I'm not using. Main reason is I'm really not sure how to remove this one and try a different one. Also, the phone sometimes freezes, lags etc. Maybe it's the phone, maybe it's the mod? Thanks for any help. Beyond Godlike Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Just check the XDA forum for it, someone other than the CM team might be porting it 'unofficially'. There may be other custom roms worth checking out also. I personally never ever use stock roms, cause custom roms are always faster. Most are based on the stock and modified/optimized.
