It's about a band of soldiers that were sent by a bishop to investigate a remote village that was free of the plague. The movie focuses on religion and atheism but it doesn't try to convert you. Instead, it shows the darker side of humanity despite religion or lack thereof. I must admit, I didn't think the movie would be good at all. My younger brother recommended it to me so I figured I'd give it a chance. I saw the trailer earlier and it looked like a somewhat generic medieval-type movie but it's more than that. I'd strongly recommend it if you're a fan of suspense, thrill, and mystery. It was one of the first movies in awhile that made me say, "Wow. That was a good movie." By the way, Sean Bean is in it.
