Screen flickering running flash applications

Hey guys!

Well, this isn't anything new, this problem has been out there for a while, but as the title says, my screen flickers (not all of it, just bits and bytes) when i'm running a flash application. Either playing a full screen video or even playing Cityville (when it happens a lot).

It's bearable and nothing too serious, but I'm wondering if anyone had the same issue ? I'm using updated nvidia drivers and running Chrome and the latest version of flash, but this issue was also on the previous versions of flash and happens with Firefox as well. Turning off composite (compiz) didn't help, switching off 3d acceleration on flash player did not solve either.

So, anyone has/had the same issue and got it solved? Any suggestions?
