android Sent video from iPhone 4S to Android: "Sorry, this video cannot be play

I e-mailed a 10-second (1.2 MB) video taken with my iPhone 4S to my dad's ZTE Skate and nothing seems to be able to play it.

I have tried:

• Video (standard Android app) - "Sorry, this video cannot be played."
  
• QuickPic - "Sorry, this video cannot be played."
  
• VPlayer
  
• Arc Media
  
• Meridian
  

Any ideas?

Question 1 - What format is the video from the 4S in? I think I know but it would help not to guess....

I presume a .mov video file.

I thought iphone was m4a or avi or something like that?

And it sounds like you just need a Codec for the phone. Check XDA developers

Download MOBO Player from the Android Market, that will allow you to play videos from an iphone.

I use MXVideo Player w/ Tegra Codecs on my Atrix, seems to play everything.

As mentioned by others give both Mobo player and MX Video player a go, both have served me well in the past at playing files even the almost obscure format of m2ts :)

MX Video Player with the ARMv6 Codec 1.5 did not work.
