Looking for PC-based Home Alarm/Surveillance program

Hi, I'm looking for a PC-based home alarm/surveillance program that has some or all of the following:

• Uses webcam as motion detector. Security program activates if there is motion in its field of view.
  
• When security program is activated, takes snapshots or video and sends to email or server.
  
• When security program is activated, calls 911 or a designated phone number.
  

I'm pretty sure programs like this exist, but my google-fu must be weak. All I'm getting is a deluge of results concerning network/internet security. Hopefully someone here has better searching skills than me.

I don't know of a program that will do that. The software with camera wouldn't call a number, but you could have it email, the probably forward that to cell phone or something similar with GMail, etc.. I used to send content filtering hits to my cell by forwarding to phonenumber@message.alltel.com, for instance.

Setting it up for gmail was a little tricky. I found that I had to use SSL and I had to include "@gmail.com" in my username:
