Only as regards what generation feels slighted. We children of the 50's felt that way about the original TV theme.

i agree rappy i haven't liked anything about the is movie since it was announced. if this tanks this will probably be the last superman flick you see.

That was amazing. It started off really slow but it picked up towards the end.

It won't tank because Superman is a name along with Iron Man and Spiderman they will ALWAYS make money

'tank" was a harsh word for me to use but failure comes to mind like superman returns was. im about the biggest superman fan there is and im still not feeling this one.

I am feeling it more after watching the trailer but still not convinced. It is Superman, so i will definitely go see it.

I still think Tom Welling would have made a good Clark Kent in a Superman movie.

Biggest problem : Henry Cavill (sp) is an incredibly wooden actor and I'm concerned how he'll play Superman convincingly

I liked the trailer. Should be an interesting take on Superman.
Still not sure about that costume, though.

I liked if too. As for the costume, it's changed before and will probably continue to do so.
