Recommend a quiet flatbed scanner

Looking to replace a 64-bit incompatible and irritatingly loud CanoScan N670U on my PC here at work. I'm hoping for something that's not too bulky, Windows 7 64-bit compatible, and for the love of Cthulhu, reasonably quiet. I've probably gone through this scanner's initial market value worth of aspirin to stave off the effects of the whine it puts out when the scan head is moving.

Not looking to spend too much as it doesn't have to be a high-end unit. Just need it for scanning the occasional business document. Basic color scanning only, doesn't need to be super-accurate or super-vivid or anything like that.

Used/refurb is good too - the cheaper, the better, really. As long as it's 64-bit W7 compatible, quiet, and not ridonkulously huge.
