The Camino developers are a collection of arrogant pricks who live inside their own bubble and don't know how to deal with just about any form of constructive criticism received from their user base. Almost every suggestion to improve upon the product is met by great hostility, cynicism and fierce debates to the point where people say **** it and then simply walk away. It's basically what destroyed an otherwise great browser.
Hell, my thread suggesting to finally give Camino's bookmarks manager a standard OS X borderless window design with light purple sidebar - two years after Apple introduced it - practically turned into a war zone. The most insane of reasons were given as to why Camino shouldn't follow suit. It was mind boggling. After that ordeal and seeing what they did with other suggestions given by different people I'm sorry to say I lost all respect for them.
I actually wondered the other day what has come of Camino, only to see it still spots a 2001 OS X Cheetah interface design.
Sorry for the rant.
