If he: Downloads the e-mails on his phone, then Deletes an e-mail via. the website (mail.live.co.uk) ... the deleted e-mails doesn't disappear from his phone in the Email app. This means he now has 500+ e-mails in the app when there are only around 50 in his inbox. If it is enabled, then I have no idea what else to solve for that problem. I have no problems with mine which I have hotmail on android as well.
