Just been watching twit.tv talking about Buffer-bloat, (Wiki explanation here)

I am running DD-WRT and followed the script commands from here

Not noticing any improvements yet, are these instructions full or is there more to do in order to reduce the buffer size in DD-WRT?

40/10 fibre connection and do see a few seconds lag loading sites, and still see youtube pause and buffer for a while sometimes even though the buffer bar under the video is way ahead of the play line

Nothing terrible, but reading about this looks like something that might help

Any thoughts ? :)

Unless you're actually running into the issue, then changing the settings won't help (The YouTube issue for example, is perfectly normal, although strange)

Edit: And make sure you're running the commands on the right interfaces, just the outbound WAN one.
