Best VPS host for Apple Push Notification server?

I want to setup a Virtual Private Server so I can send Push notifications. What is the best host? A Small Orange? GoDaddy? Linode? Somewhere else?

I need to be able to generate Certificate Signing Requests, and make outgoing TLS connections. I have been told by both ASO and GoDaddy that their plans support this, and Linode was recommended on a APNS tutorial I was reading.
