ios Accessing Backdated Console Logs iOS 5.0.1

Hey Guys,

I'm helping some devs out at the moment with testing a piece of Software for work, and the App has crashed a few times and they require a copy of my Console Logs for the same timeframe. However XCode is only letting me see back about 3 minutes as apposed to 3 days.

Any ideas how I can access these? Do they not get Tar.gz'd like conventional OS X?
