I have a feeling that this is going to be a difficult to prove/convict.
Actually it will be fairly easy using similar techniques to those used with female rape victims. Give a jury the below and she's toast -
After reporting a rape the victim is told not to wash up and taken to a hospital.
Photos are taken looking for bruising or scratches (evidence of attempted restraint.) In many trauma centers they also take photos in the UV and IR spectrums, which shows injuries and evidence not seen in visible light. The photos may also reveal lipstick or other trace evidence which can be matched to the suspect.
Next comes swabbing him for DNA - in this case both skin cells from her lips and face but also in her saliva. Conversely, if arrested soon after the event skin, semen or pre-ejaculate traces from him may be found on her face/lips, in her mouth or on her clothing.
If she was a stranger with no evidence of previous social or business contact that is sauce for the goose, no different than finding a burglar in your home.
