villiansv
Those that follow Opera snapshot builds probably know that the 64-bit windows builds have been available as an Opera labs release for some time. As of today, however, these are available as standard snapshots (and I can only assume 64-bit versions will be available for every snapshot from here on out). Hightlights: HTML Drag and Drop support, CSS3 animations support, Out-of-process plugins (aka 32-bit flash plugin DOES work on this build, in a separate process). For more information and download links, take a look at the Desktop Team post at http://my.opera.com/...html5-css-64bit Known Issues DSK-359770 Out of Process Plugins causing tab related freezes (mostly on startup) HTML5 Drag and Drop is work in progress. Things like dragging to and from external applications may not work. Some existing demo sites may not work fully HTML5test.com could freeze or show other problems on Mac Some Google services block the 64-bit version (Gmail does work, Google Plus does not.) My previous Opera Next build updated flawlessly, all settings were preserved. Edited March 26, 2012 by villiansv hagjohn 1 Share
x-byte
Still have long way to go with the OpenGL HWA. Hopefully the DX one for Windows will appear soon.
Coolicer
Still have long way to go with the OpenGL HWA. Hopefully the DX one for Windows will appear soon. The thing I'm looking toward the most is DirectX HWA :) But the OOPP and the 64bit builds landing in the main wahoo branch is nice too.
Rix
Nice. Haven't been checking the desktop team blog lately, didn't know 64 bit builds where available. I'll check it out, thanks.
