Rovio announced today that Angry Birds Space has been downloaded more than ten million times.

"10 million Angry Birds Space downloads in less than 3 days! Thanks to our fans, stay tuned for more," the company announced on the official Angry Birds Twitter account.

To put that number in perspective, the original Angry Birds was downloaded 500,000 times in its first month on sale. Since then, the franchise has become a massive success, crossing 500 million downloads back in November.

Angry Birds Space is surprisngly fun, while quite difficult. They did a good job with it, that's for sure.

When this game first came out, it was good. But, after that, it got way over-hyped, and the gameplay just got flat out boring, and now the franchise has exploded. Congrats to the devs, on success but it is seriously an old game! It's like these people who are addicted have never touched another mobile game (which is a shame, because there are tons of great mobile games)

YOUR LOCATION
COARSE (NETWORK-BASED) LOCATION
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate device location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are
