whats a simple way to move the photo ( and folders) that i have on my phone back to my PC would like to move the music too sorry to a noob to the Itunes thing

If you're Jailbroken, use iFunbox.. else use iExplorer.

thanks but will they allow me to locate the folders i have set up say like

Kids
Animals
Family

etcetc

iFunbox does, although on the actual iPhone the folders won't be named as such. They'll have un-ubiquitous names that you'll need to locate yourself, but rest assured, you'll find them.

iExplorer won't be of much use in this scenario as it won't allow you to explore these folders if you're not Jailbroken. You can jailbreak just for this purpose.

i just uploaded all the folders/ictures to my dropbox and resynced that way thanks for the help
