Don't know how I would want to go out... but i read this article where a guy had his ashes put into fireworks and had them shot off at a place he really loved... seemed like something I would want for me.

You have to be delusional to not think it wouldn't be painful in some fashion. Just thinking about your end, while you are falling, would be scary enough. Sure, it wouldn't be physically painful, but the emotional toll would be through the ****ing roof for a good moment
