Anyone fallen in love with their Lumia only to start having remorse over selling or giving away their iPhone? About the only thing I miss from iPhone right now is my tunes and movies always with me as well as my apps. I did buy an iPod touch so that kind of took away the sting.

You realise Windows Phone is capable of playing music and video files, right?

Buying a prostitute is generally remorseful :p

Weird I don't get your point , Windows Phone 7 is capable to play music , movies and few games you find on iOS/android. Do you mean that all your songs are lost and sold with that iPhone ? :p

Nope, I couldn't be happier. I've only missed one app, my Verizon Fios app. Yeah sure my other apps and games may not be available on WP7, but I don't really miss them. The major ones are there. Other than that, I didn't invest heavily into the itunes music (Amazon instead) and didn't purchase any movies from iTunes. I actually like Zune as well, it feels just as fresh as WP7. Itunes and iPhone felt sooooo old and boring to me.

Add me to that list, how comes you can't just sync your music and videos to your new phone? Unless it is DRM locked you shouldn't have an issue.

Nope not 1 bit. Was sick of the iPhone it just got so boring to look at, felt like a paper weight tbh. Didn't buy much off the store and bought no music so not a problem

I don't even have a Windows Phone, and even I know that it supports music and video files...

What apps are you going to miss, maybe 3-4, for most phone tasks there is an equally good app in the marketplace as there is in Android or iOS. The only apps it really lacks is niche apps.

Could he be referring to DRM'd tunes he bought from iTunes? I doubt he can play those on WP7

That's probably it and frankly it serves him right for buying DRM'd music/video if that's the case.

Yeah mainly tune and movies bought from iTunes. I bought an iPod touch for all that so I guess it's no big deal.

Previously purchased media is stuck with the DRM, unless you pay Apple to remove it.

I wonder how many people actually did pay? I mean, hell, nothing wrong with paying TWICE for something. :p
