Is my 64 bit Windows 7 the cause of this? (because I don't get this pop up on a Win 7 32 bit machine). Any solutions for this from happening again? 0 drtweak Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Best (and easiest) thing to do is uninstall Chrome then delete the folders associated with it (by default they are located at C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome) then reinstall it. Also take a look at the extensions and plugins you are using and see if they are causing issues. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
0 spacer Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 I use Chrome on my Windows 7 x64 machine without issue, so I don't think that's the root cause. I think 'Kaspersky URL Advisor12.0.0.462' is the bad guy here. Disabling this doesn't show the message any more at closing time. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
