Question

As Facebook continues to release terrible design updates, one group of people continues to make things good again

These are two browser plugins that really make Facebook usable again

1) FB Chat Sidebar Disabler - disables the crappy sidebar and reverts it back to the old jump menu "who's online" list

2) New Profile Disabler - disables the crappy hard to read timeline and shows the old layout

these plugins work for Chrome, Firefox, and Opera (sorry for those of you that want to use IE)

Corrected that for you.

I do NOT understand the brutal hate such an amazingly GOOD Facebook update has gotten. Timeline is easily the best thing Facebook ever released as an interface update. People bitching about it are purely weak to change.

I quote like the new timeline.
But then I rarely am interested in Facebook unless someone comments on something I have posted.
