Dragons Dogma demo is out today, been looking forward to trying this out for a while now, its 1715Mb on PSN.

I'm a sucker for sandbox style open world games, especially RPGs like Skyrim, Kingdoms of Amalur, Gothic(Arcania), RISEN. Hoping this one lives up to the hype.

I am just grabbing the demo now for when i finish work.
While i really like the look of the game and 80% sure i will buy it, i still can't understand for the life of me why this doesn't have co-op in it. Instead we get this pawn system which to be fair sounds interesting when you read up on it.

played the demo last night. It doesn't really show much in terms of the gameplay outside of the fighting and both sequences last a few minutes. Still i like the fighting system even with its complicated button system  (i'd have perhaps flipped the triggers and bumper buttons).

The bigger enemy battles are really fun as they require tactics to beat them, although the pawns just shout over each other and makes it really hard to understand what is going on.

After playing the demo i will be buying it, i just hope there is more of a fleshed out tutorial in the game as there is quite a bit to remember.
