Any Microsoft Project experts in here?

I am working on a school assignment and we must use Microsoft project, of which, I know nothing about...I am currently trying to process level but am being flagged with the error below: Any ideas?

Have a look at the resource allocation before trying to level. Should be an icon on the right, or a drag-able bar up from the bottom of the screen. You can just "Skip all" and it'll allocate some resources at say 120%. By default, all resources can only work to 100% allocation.
