Samsung Captivate (i897). I'm running a modded stock ROM 2.3.5 KK4. It was done by Lords Of The Rom. Using Corn kernel version 7.06 OCed to 1.2 GHz..
Been running this for months.

Galaxy S2, using hydrog3n rom, really stable and fast,

I never want to use a manufacturer skin again after using stock ics!!

HTC Hero CDMA with CyanogenMod 7.2 RC1 - Can't believe it still works even after I've thrown it a few times. This is the best ROM I've used so far.

Droid X stock, I tried every ROM out there, but honestly on my stock rom I get similar battery life and performance, but no headaches of things not working right. Though with the Droid X the bootloader is locked down so you don't get full rom replacements for stock.

Galaxy Nexus running the Paranoid Android ROM which is a ROM made specifically for running the ICS tablet UI.

HTC Desire with Oxygen 2.3, very stable and never needs a reboot unlike other roms *cough* Cyanogen *cough*

Have been using this for the past month or so. Probably the best ICS rom there is for it.

But, I just sold my sgs2 and used that money for a Google Nexus after the price dropped last week. Will probably stick to stock 4.0.4 as vanilla ICS is just as good as it gets.
