I used to know of a tool that, when loaded, allowed me to see what a dll did so to speak. I was wondering, is there a tool that will allow me to utilize , dare i say procedures or calls from within a dll?

To See the contents of a DLL you need a DeCompiler like:
.NET Reflector:http://www.reflector.net/

To use a dll Add reference to it in your program, then call functions/classes...etc from it
