The table may not be 100% accurate/filled but I'm happy knowing it's at least 99% accurate/filled.

Hope this is useful to someone!

Couple of things are wrong (only minor):
  • The HTC One S has a Snapdragon S4 (not S5)
  • The GPU in the HTC One X is a Kal-El (in other words 12-core) ULP GeForce, rather than the "Tegra 250 AP20H" which is actually the name of the Tegra 2 chipset.
  • The 4.3" Super AMOLED on the One S is PenTile (not mentioned)
  • The One X, One S and Galaxy Nexus have basic voice assist through Google Voice Search
  • The Lumia 900 was released in April 2012

To add, the Lumia 900's front facing camera records at 30 fps.

All above issues fixed :) Who can replace the image for me? (I can no longer edit the post)

No Xperia S :(

I almost held out for the One X, but I have to say so far that I'm happy with my choice.

No Xperia S?

I thing it's that chip which sets it back a bit. But it's a lovely phone.
