Not sure why this is happening, but it's a recent issue. My NVIDIA Control Panel is configured to use two monitors, but each time I restart my PC, it kicks the second monitor off... after about a minute after rebooting. Any one know why this is happening? My drivers are up to date.

Have you tried completely uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling? I've had some issues myself iwth multiple monitors on my 480's after upgrading from the 29x.xx drivers to the new 300.xx ones. After I completely removed every NVIDIA file on my system (literally I had to find and remove every single trace) and reinstalling with the 301.xx drivers my problem was fixed.

I think they changed the control panel in these new drivers but it isn't overwriting the old control panel if you upgrade and that is causing some kind of conflict on some peoples systems.

Hmmm. I'm still on the 29x.xx line of drivers. The NVIDIA site is still showing them as the most up to date drivers available.

ah ok i've been using the 301.xx ones that were released with the GTX 680. When you said you were on the latest I just assumed you were actually on the latest :p

Didn't work. I re-installed the drivers, but it's still kicking off that second monitor. :/
