John Travolta has battled rumors about his sexuality for years, but the actor is now facing more serious allegations from an anonymous male masseur who is suing him for assault and sexual battery.

As TMZ is reporting, the unnamed masseur is reportedly seeking $2 million plus punitive damages after Travolta is said to have "began rubbing the masseur's leg, touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis" after having stripped naked during an appointment.

Not only did Travolta allegedly try to have sex with the masseur, but he is also said to have told the plantiff -- identified only as "John Doe" -- that he "got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his 'Welcome Back, Kotter' days," and that "Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity."

The lawsuit spares few details of the alleged exchange: when the masseur says he reminded Travolta that sexual acts in exchange for money were illegal, the actor's rebuttal is stated as, "Come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!" The suit also describes Travolta's genitalia as "roughly 8 inches in length" with pubic hair that was "wirey and unkempt."

RadarOnline reports that a second masseur has filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against Travolta. The website quotes documents which indicate this masseur claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions.

I wouldn't doubt he did it, to be honest.

Yes I'm sure that a masseur used cop diction when speaking to a celebrity: "Money in exchange for sexual acts is illegal."

I would believe it but the story sounds bogus and the claimant(s) are just looking for attention with these wild accusations and requesting such an absurd payout for what, if true, is only an isolated incident of sexual harassment.
1. How can you demand $2 Mil + Punitive damages, as this indicates that the $2 Mil portion is NOT puniitive but is ACTUAL damages. How could this possibly cause $2 mil of ACTUAL damages?
2. Why would the masseuse by nude when he was giving the client a massage?
3. How can a masseuse (whose job is set in an intimate setting) not expect that some clients will attempt to solicit sex?
4. Why would a Hollywood actor, in public or private, say bad things about Jews, considering the damage to Mel Gibson's Career?
5. It sounds like whoever made this up is just using it as a tool to either be anti-Jewish or trying to frame John Travolta as anti-Jewish.
(PS Jews working in Hollywood are successful because they work hard to be there, not because they automatically get jobs because they are Jewish, otherwise I will pack my bags and go there so I can earn big bucks and control the world because I would already by qualified)
6. How can there be so many witnesses if a massage is usually done in private. I would think that nobody else except the client and masseuse would be there.

No you wouldn't, you just compiled a comprehensive apologia for the accused including discrediting the plaintiffs by characterising their their accusations as "wild" then giving us a a heap of "wild" supposition and a blatant untruth, i.e. "is only an isolated incident of sexual harassment" when the topic is about two separate incidents.

What I meant was, if someone made a story that he was gay, but the story behind it was not utter nonsense (points 1-6) then the story that he is gay could be believable on face value. If this is the standard that media pick up on to report then it is so worryingly easy to spread false rumours as long as the claims have an entertainment value. If these claims were plausible then John Travolta would be in a lot of hot water.

Gives me an idea... if you know that you really are going to be caught up in a sexual harassment suit, you could get yourself out of it in a very perjurious way by paying some shills to make outlandish claims against you first and then when the real suit is filed then it will jut look like a copycat trying to cash in.

I think it's just a poorly written article, I think it was trying to say that Travolta was nude and was touching his junk when rubbing the masseurs leg.

I've heard rumors for the past couple years, but didn't want to believe it. I just can't understand it. He's married to one of the hottest women in Hollywood. If she can't turn you straight then nothing will :)

John Travolta was 2,475 miles from L.A. the day a masseur claims the actor sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel -- and TMZ has obtained a photograph which could prove it.

We're told the photo was snapped January 16th in NYC. Travolta sources say they have proof positive of the location and date of the photo -- New York, January 16.

The photo could torpedo the case of John Doe #1, an unidentified male masseur who filed suit against Travolta for allegedly grabbing his penis and scrotum the very same day ... during a massage session at the 90210 hotel.

And there's more ... a receipt from a meal Travolta ate at Mr. Chow in New York ... also on January 16th (below).

The bill totaled $382 and the tip was $100 -- the kind of generous tip for which Travolta is known. We've confirmed Travolta ate the meal at Mr. Chow.

Another masseur filed suit against Travolta yesterday, claiming the actor tried to grab his penis during a massage session on January 28th in Atlanta. The same lawyer is handling both cases.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer calls both lawsuits "absurd and ridiculous."
