Small Form Factor PC Build Help & Suggestions

Alright, so I want to build a high-end small form factor (SFF) PC for my work place. I have most of the parts picked out, as listed below:

Core i7 3770T (2.50GHz, 45-Watt TDP)

ASUS

P8Z77-I Deluxe Mini-ITX Motherboard

8GB (4GB x 2) DDR3-1600 Crucial Ballistix Memory

128GB OCZ Vertex 4 Solid State Drive

Now, I have a couple issues with this setup. The first is that I can not seem to find the Core i7 3770T processor anywhere to buy. I'm sure it will show up eventually, but if anyone knows of any place to buy it now, please let me know. I'm totally willing to buy it from some random online website in the UK or China or wherever.

The second issue though is where I really need your guys' help, and that is with the case/PSU. The case I currently have picked out is the IN-WIN

Newegg ). If I go with this one, I would also add a 300-Watt Mini-ITX SeaSonic PSU you to it.

Thing is, although that case is okay, I'm not hugely fond of it, especially the internal layout. So does anyone have any good Mini-ITX case suggestions? I'm looking for something that similar to the overall shape of the IN-WIN case above - as in slim, rectangular, and can be placed vertically or horizontally. I'm not a fan of the (relatively) gigantic shoe-box style Mini-ITX cases. Also, remember that the case only needs to hold the Mini-ITX motherboard itself and a single 2.5" SSD - I've no interest in putting an optical drive in this computer, and the slimmer the case the better! I'm guessing that the total system load power consumption for this computer will be under 70-Watts, including the CPU, all motherboard components, memory, and the SSD.

Just bought the M350 enclosure over at Mini-Box.com along with a 102-Watt picoPSU adapter. I really like the case; it was exactly what I was looking for, super crazy small but good quality (it's steel-constructed and not plastic). It quite literally fits a mini-ITX motherboard and nothing else, which is perfect, cause I don't want a optical drive nor will I be making use of the one lone expansion slot on mini-ITX motherboards.

I'm still on the hunt for the Core i7 3770T... I've seen the 3770S a few places, so hopefully the "T" will show up soon.

Now for another question: anyone know of any good super low-profile heatsink/fans for socket 1155? It's hard to get a feel just going on pictures from the M350, but off-hand I would guess it should be under 45mm thick. I've seen some that are under 60mm, but I'm pretty sure even that would be too thick for the M350. Any thoughts from the great Neowin community?

Seems like Mini-ITX cases are pretty far and few.

Obviously you are better off ripping out the cheapo PSU that's included.

Also, don't forget to get a SSD to 3.5" adapter since most cases don't have mounts for a 2.5" drive.
