Kloud77
I bought one of those small keyboards and it didn't include a Print Screen key. Is there a shortcut or an alternative key I can use to print screen? I don't want to install an extra program just for taking screenshots.
farmeunit
Snippy for XP. It is another program but nice. Snipping Tool built into Vista/Win.
Marshall Veteran Posted May 11, 2012 Veteran Share Posted May 11, 2012 There has to be a print screen button. It's likely printed very small underneath a key in which you will have to hold the function key (FN) then press PRTSC. Edit: If it's true that your keyboard has no print screen button (and you're on Win7/Vista) just click Start and type "On screen keyboard" Hit enter and the print screen button will be right in front of you. :)

+BudMan MVC Posted May 11, 2012 MVC Share Posted May 11, 2012 Can't you just remap a key? http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/map-any-key-to-any-key-on-windows-xp-vista/ Map Any Key to Any Key on Windows 7 / XP / Vista
Dick Montage
There has to be a print screen button. Why do you say this? I have a number of smaller keyboards without a print screen button. Why do you believe there "MUST" be one? Purely out of interest...
farmeunit
Greenshot is a nice screen capture tool as well. I use Snipping Tool most of the time, though.
