I am looking into grabbing a cheap Intel motherboard with UEFI and at least one USB 3.0 port.

I can only find one under £100, the Asus M5A97 (£65).

Is this the only option?

http://www.asus.com/...#specifications says it's AM3+, not Intel.

What socket are you after?

Oh yeah, damn.

Basically, any Intel socket.

Seems that it may be cheaper to get an Intel-based UEFI motherboard with USB 2.0 ports and buy a 4-port USB 3.0 PCI card for £15.
