What is the best antivirus to use on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit?

If you are going to use something, I'd say TrendMicro office scan. However I think MS's stance is, you shouldn't be running AV on any type of server, especially with AD/Exchange.

Nope, MS has their own AV engine which is (kinda) equilivent to MSE but for servers, it's forefront and it looks pretty good.

Well if someone must run AV on the server.... at least tweak it for these suggestions - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822158

Hello,

It just got renamed to ESET Endpoint Antivirus. However, there's a specific version just for Windows Server OSes called ESET File Security for Windows.
