So one of our busiest stations got flooded today and the station was shutdown until two hours ago. 'twas a really rainy day so people had lots of fun with Photoshop :D

Judging from the size of them, I would imagine that you would need a huge tank to transport them. It wouldn't be a tank you could put on a train. Also, the water clearly isn't deep enough for them, just look at the two people standing over to the left of the photo.
