plugin Upload Videos To WordPress + Automatic Thumbnail

Is there a plugin or a script that allows me to upload a video to WordPress that may work or come with a Thumbnail Generator? This is for User Submissions, It's been the most stressful feature for me other than finally creating User Submitted Photos, but then I'll need to create a gallery feature as well on the same Post Type.

I've done mad modifications to WordPress, but this is the most annoying right now. :)
