iOS 6: New Icons

Just browsing the link above when I looked over and something caught my eye.

Clock icon: Now silver

Settings icon: Gears more rounded

Maps Icon: Removes pin and ads blue guide arrow

Not major, just thought everyone should know...

The bigger news being that the iPad finally gets the Clock app after 3,5 years.

Also note that most of the default UI has been modified to have a "matte" texture now.

Unless I'm blind this is the case for the iPhone anyway.

One other thing: Doesn't the icons look a bit less..."shiny and bubbly" or is it just me?

Even longer it seems for a weather app.

It's got to be in there for Siri to access I would think, unless Siri just streams it. Not familiar fully with Siri

You guys should keep in mind that screen shots on Apple's website tend to differ from what they actually look like in real life. Don't look into the details too much.
