Looking for opinions on this rather basic desktop audio solution

Looking to upgrade my computer desktop audio and here is my current plan

Equipment

• Xonar DG
  
• Topping TP21
  
• Pair of Infinity Primus P153's
  
• Dayton Sub-800
  

Purpose

• Some games (Crysis 2, Skyrim)
  
• Pandora stream
  
• Very occasional movie.
  

I'm not planning on shaking the room, just need a nice 2.1 with some room to make changes. My other choice right now is a Swan M50W from TAI (if they come back in stock).

Meant to say I'd like to keep to a budget of about 300USD.

Really could use some opinions.

Well, I went ahead and pulled the trigger since nobody seemed to voice any concerns. I can always return something if it doesn't work out.
