+Byt Subscriber¹ Posted June 20, 2012 Subscriber¹ Share Posted June 20, 2012 Hey All, Im thinking of doing away with paper time sheets for when i visit clients, it would be great to just have an app on my iphone where i can write in whats been done on my visit and select any tick boxes, then the client can just sign their name on the iphone itself, this will also be great because i can email them a copy of the time sheet from the iphone instantly, they wont need to wait for me to get back to the office and scan the time sheet in, plus i kinda lose time sheets alot :( Does anyone know of the app im after? The apps im coming across are all really good but none of them have the option for a signature to be entered, i need these when invoicing to proof i was there and someone signed it off. Global Moderator Posted June 20, 2012 Global Moderator Share Posted June 20, 2012 my company uses Deltek. we have 'tasks' which we add to the timesheet along with the amount of time spent per task. i'm guessing Deltek is rather expensive though b/c you pay per module. i dont know how well they support phones though.
