Win8 Bluetooth problem

i am having such an odd problem

windows says the driver is working correctly

both the PC and my smartphone detect each other

can't seems to share any file through :s

anyone?

I can connect my WP7 device, but it then throws a pairing fail message when I go to connect it.

I've pretty much given up on bluetooth in the RP :\
