Woman arrested after shaving boyfriend's head

Recommended Posts

I'd be annoyed if someone shaved my head, I would flip tables if someone cut my eyebrows.

I woke up a couple of times with no eyebrow (s)

There used to be a big group of us and it became an ongoing battle when we were drinking to be the last to fall asleep, or at least not the first.

Being a 'girlfriend', does not give her a right to shave his head.

If the situation were reversed, no one would support HIS actions.

Barbers cut kids hair all the time without the kids authority. Sure, kids don't have any over their parents, but it's the same though, if we are going to go by all the "standards" being set... Arrest all barbers!!!!! /s Ya, i can go there lol

Hair grows back. This is probably one of the lightest ways to ever get revenge on someone, besides the old *point my finger at your chest and smack you in face with it when you look down* bit.... ASSAULT !!! :p

Do items that are stolen normally naturally grow back in a month? Let's not be stupid for the sake of it....

I tried to use that arguement when I stole all the crops out of a Farmers field, They threw me in jail anyway! Those ********...

By some of the logic presented here.. If I told my gf, or a women, if you come home drunk again I'm gonna do your ass.. and they do.. I can cause I warned them ? Despite it not being consensual?

btw there are some flaws here.. Assault is Assault, in most places your Consent is irreverent to the law. Just because two people agree to fight doesn't make it legal. Additionally, someone agreeing to something at one point, does not make it legal at a later date. If a girl says yes, then later no, then it's still rape. If she says yes today, and 2 days from now I do her while she sleeps, it's still rape.

Do I think the whole thing is stupid and an overreaction, yes.

But if he wants to press charges, then he has the right. He was in no condition to consent. And you cannot assault someone for doing something lawful.. being Drunk is legal.

Additionally, the arrest probably had more to do with the domestic disturbance, and how they acted after the police showed up. Either he wanted charges to be pressed, of they were both off the deepend and the police arrested the only one they really could legally, to calm things down.
